Benefit of calcium

Calcium is the most of minerals in our body. It’s not only in bone and teeth, it’s also needed for fibrous part of muscle construction, heartbeat rhythm, and bloods congeal. To absorb calcium from duodenum and small intestine into the blood, vitamin D and C (ascorbic acids) have to be supplied. We can find Vitamin D in cod-liver oil, milk, and sardine. Besides that, we can produce it when our skin touches by sunray. But oxalate acids, too much fat, fiber, and bad digestive system will block calcium away. We can find oxalate acids in spinach and powder chocolate. Everyday an adult need 700 milligram and a child need 1000 milligram of calcium.
