Symptoms of lack minerals show from condition of your body, like if you easy to get hungry, cramps in muscle, tired, headache, dizzy, migrant, less of concentration, nervous, tremble, queasy, throw up, and become numb in some part of body. Lack minerals would make you feel less of energy, early aging, less sensitivity, generative diseases like osteoporosis, cancer, and heart disease. If body lack minerals, body would take minerals from muscle, lever, and bone. Our body can have less mineral because of too much fiber and fiat acids from cereals that blocked mineral absorption. Oxalate acids from spinach might block calcium absorption, too much calcium might block ferric absorption, and too much ferric might block zinc absorption.
