Water in our body

60% up to 70% of our body consist of water, and 90% of it is pure water. To keep our body in balance, we need 2 liters water every day depends on activity and weight. Because we also loose water through lung, skin, intestines, and kidney. Water that we need is pure water, because it can clean our body from many piles. Besides drink, we can get water from fruits, vegetables, meat, and every thing that we eat. But alcohol and another drink that consist of caffeine such as coffee, tea, and soft drink would make our body loose more water.
Water is really needed to help metabolism (digestion, carrying and absorb nutrition), temperature stability, body immunity, and circulation of blood (carrying nutrition and remove unused things out of body). It’s good for detoxification all cell and organ. Besides that, water is used to form new cell and to maintenance cell (skin, the body joint, bone, and all over organ).
Water is consisting of oxygen which it’s needed to carrying nutrition by circulation of blood. Oxygen help cell to change glucose to energy.
